TERM & CONDITION

1. In order to be an official Laurea Home Furnishing (hereby will be called The Company) dealer, the prospect dealer will have to make an initial purchase of minimum RM2000.
2. All sold items can not to be returned for cash but they can exchanged with other goods with the same (or less) value of the item-to-exchange
3. The returned good MUST be returned with a good condition as it was delivered. Means, the complete pieces without any defect for that item, a good condition of the packaging, picture and the cardboard. The good must be folded nicely as it was delivered. The company has a right to reject the goods or a penalty of RM20 for each packaging will be given before the goods can be accepted.
4. The dealers has ONE month to return the goods after the date of purchase.
5. The dealers must show the right receipt of the purchased goods. Failing to show the receipt, The company has a right to reject the exchange.
6. In 2 months time if the dealer do not purchase any product from laurea your dealership status will be withdraw and the dealer will need to re-sign as an official dealer again.
7. The dealer will be informed on any new or updated regulation/price list that will be introduced in the future
